Trent Mozingo, DC grew up a few miles west of Osgood. He has been practicing in Columbus, IN at his own practice since 2012. New Exam

Comprehensive exam for chiropractic care. This will include chiropractic treatment. X-ray or further evaluation may be indicated based upon this exam, and these services will be referred out if necessary.
