Paige is a new graduate physiotherapist (UBC) with a passion for patient-centered care, utilizing a biopsychosocial approach to collaboratively identify and achieve patient goals. She is excited to continue her education in manual therapy, building on her Level 1 course from the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy. Paige can perform a variety of manual therapy techniques, including soft tissue work, joint mobilizations, and more. As a former varsity soccer player, Paige was recognized as a 4x Academic All-Canadian and a 2x Canada West All-Star, highlighting her dedication to both academics and athletics. Her athletic background gives her a deep understanding of the rehabilitation process and its role in optimizing performance and recovery. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), combining this expertise with her physiotherapy knowledge to create personalized exercise programs for her patients. Outside of her professional pursuits, Paige enjoys staying active through running, soccer, hiking, and snowboarding. Having completed a marathon this past year (2024), she is excited to explore the Lower Mainland’s running terrain and train for a trail run half marathon. These activities reflect her enthusiasm for movement and health, which she integrates into her physiotherapy practice.
