OAK Physio and Wellness
I hold a Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in Pennsylvania. Since 2018, I have been practicing as a Physical Therapist, where I treat a wide range of conditions in orthopedics, neurology, geriatrics, sports injuries, and women’s health. My approach is patient-centered, focusing on improving quality of life and optimizing function through personalized treatment plans. I utilize evidence-based exercise plans, manual therapy techniques, and patient education to address each individual’s specific needs and goals. Beyond my professional life, I am passionate about staying active through hiking, running, and trying new physical activities. I also enjoy exploring new restaurants, experimenting with cooking, and unwinding with a good movie.
