Cielo is a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner specializing in pain management and emotional well-being. Her approach combines the wisdom of classical Chinese medicine with multiple therapeutic techniques to help patients achieve both physical relief and emotional balance. With over 20 years of experience teaching Tai Chi, Qigong, and Yoga, Cielo brings a deep understanding of the mind–body connection to her practice. Her journey into holistic health began in 2002 with yoga, which later expanded into Traditional Chinese Medicine, movement therapy, and bodywork. She has studied Chen-style Tai Chi in Chen Village, Taoist practices on Wudang Mountain, and traditional Thai massage and acupressure in Chiang Mai Thailand, integrating these diverse traditions into her therapeutic approach. In July 2025, she was awarded two gold medals and one silver medal at the World Health Qigong Tournament in Vancouver, further highlighting her expertise and dedication to holistic health. In her treatments, she integrates a wide range of modalities — including acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, acupressure, and thai massage — tailoring each session to the individual’s needs. She also provides guidance on self acupressure, diet, lifestyle, and exercise, supporting patients in sustaining long-term wellness outside the clinic. Beyond pain and stress-related conditions, she also helps patients with digestive health, women’s health, fatigue, and sleep issues. Cielo holds both her bachelor and master degrees from one of the most prestigious universities in China, specializing in Chinese history and culture. This background gives her a unique and profound understanding of the roots of Chinese medicine and its relevance in today’s world. Fluent in both English and Chinese, she offers a comfortable and inclusive space for patients from diverse backgrounds. Her style of care is gentle, attentive, and personalized, with the goal of activating the body’s innate ability to heal.
