Navi Dhillon is a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist with a Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Throughout her career, she has worked across the Lower Mainland—including Abbotsford, Maple Ridge, Langley, and Surrey—providing care for individuals with a wide range of conditions, from acute orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries to chronic pain and neurological disorders. Navi’s leadership journey has included roles as Clinic Lead and Clinic Manager, where she balanced a full clinical caseload alongside business management, team mentorship, and marketing initiatives. She has successfully overseen multidisciplinary rehabilitation programs including: •WorkSafeBC (OR1 & OR2) •ICBC (PT/Kinesiology Work Conditioning) •Short- and Long-Term Disability Programs •Post-Surgical Rehabilitation Navi is committed to continuous professional development and has expanded her expertise through advanced certifications such as: •Advanced Functional Dry Needling •Breast Cancer Rehabilitation •Orthopedic Level 1 •Vestibular Rehabilitation (Bernard Tonks, Level 1) Navi is committed to helping people return to meaningful movement and lasting wellness through evidence-based personalized rehabilitation strategies and collaborative goal setting.
