Josie is a dedicated kinesiologist and wellness consultant specializing in advanced technologies including Emsella by MAUD, Emsculpt by MAUD and laser hair removal. She combines her deep understanding of human movement with innovative, non-invasive therapies to support pelvic health, muscle sculpting, and overall vitality. Josie holds a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education from Mount Royal University, with a specialization in Physical Literacy, and a Master’s in Sports and Exercise Therapy from Leeds Beckett University. Her academic background is backed by extensive hands-on experience in physiotherapy, chiropractic care, osteopathy, athletic therapy, massage therapy, and strength and conditioning. A lifelong athlete, Josie brings over 25 years of competitive soccer experience, including varsity and premier league. This athletic foundation, along with global travel and cross-cultural learning, shapes her holistic approach to movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
