Kanealii Williams is a traditional lomilomi practitioner as well as a licensed massage therapist. He is experienced in and especially passionate about application of traditional lomilomi for clinical therapeutic massage. Kanealii perpetuates the lapaau (healing) tradition of Kahelekulani Papoko, his great-great grandmother, who was a kahuna lapaau (medical priestess) from Wailua, Kauai. Through his great-great grandmothers legacy are the bloodlines of his Kapalehua ohana of Wailua, Kauai and Niihau and his Papoko ohana of Molokai and Maui that culturally inform his specialization in traditional lomilomi as an intensive experience emphasizing not only addressing physical ailments, but also restoration of ones spirit back into their body.
