Joseph offers both Craniosacral Therapy (CST) and therapeutic bodywork. He completed advanced Craniosacral training through the Upledger Institute, including Craniosacral Therapy Levels 1 & 2 and SomatoEmotional Release Levels 1 & 2, which focus on supporting the nervous system and the body’s natural ability to restore balance. In addition to Craniosacral Therapy, Joseph provides deep tissue therapeutic bodywork, drawing from his background in massage therapy, kinesiology, and integrative yoga therapeutics. He holds a Certificate of Massage Therapy from the Costa Rica School of Massage and studied kinesiology and exercise science at Montana State University. His work supports pain relief, nervous system regulation, and overall wellness through a thoughtful, whole-body approach.
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
