Erica believes in meeting each client where they are at, taking into consideration the client’s own desires and needs. Through her unique blend of holistic and traditional treatment techniques, she curates treatment plans and home programs specific to each individual. Erica’s own journey has been very insightful in embracing and appreciating that her own body is her biggest teacher. She understands that pain is a signal from your body that something is out of alignment (physical or otherwise) and that it’s time to address it. She believes that educating and empowering the client are keys to sustainable success survives the test of time. Erica is passionate about helping her clients return to “life”, whether it be elite sport, recreational activities or kitchen dance parties. Erica looks forward to hearing your story and helping you to discover movement can be fun, easy and empowering when you step into healing from the Inside Out. Physiotherapy - Initial Assessment

We will start by discuss the how the injury how the injury occurred, how you have been managing, contributing factors and any other relevant information. We then will move into a physical assessment where we will look at not only the body part in question but areas surrounding the area of concern. Then we will educate about the findings and discuss best treatment approach. Afterwards we will do some manual (hands-on) treatment and provide you with exercises that you can do for homework to support your rehabilitation journey.
