Haley has a degree in Exercise Science. She is certified (40 hours) in the Vodder technique of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and has taken 28 additional hours of advanced MLD training for post-surgical recovery. She also has additional training in orthopedic massage techniques. Haley has provided sports and orthopedic massage for NFL, NBA G League, and FIFA teams. She incorporates stretching, orthopedic techniques and manual lymphatic drainage into many of her sessions and likes to work with athletes of all ages and abilities.
Massage
Each session is tailored to your needs, using neuromuscular therapy, cupping, orthopedic massage, and myofascial work to target specific pain or concerns. A 60-minute session is ideal for quick tune-ups or targeting specific concerns. The 90- and 120-minute sessions allow for full-body treatment.
Lymphatic Drainage
The Vodder method of gentle and slow skin-stretching Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) helps reduce inflammation while enhancing the body’s natural healing process. Full-body sessions require 90 minutes, and post-surgical clients should book specialized Post-Surgical MLD sessions.
