With a Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master’s in Sports Health Science from Life University, coupled with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University, Dr. Kayla possesses a comprehensive educational background. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident in her certifications as a Level 2 CrossFit trainer and in CrossFit Weightlifting. Additionally, she is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP), a prestigious certification that signifies advanced knowledge and training in diagnosing and managing sports-related injuries, optimizing athletic performance, and enhancing recovery. Dr. Kayla’s extensive experience includes working with competitive athletes from diverse backgrounds. She has been an integral part of athletic teams at Life University, Kennesaw State University, and Murphy High School, contributing her expertise to sports such as baseball, football, volleyball, basketball, rugby, swimming, and wrestling. This hands-on involvement has honed her ability to tailor chiropractic care to the specific needs of athletes, helping them achieve peak performance, prevent injuries, and recover effectively.

New Patient Appointment

This appointment is required of all individuals who have not been a patient at Appalachian Sport and Spine before. This includes the adjustment, health history, a physical exam, any indicated orthopedic exams, and a functional movement screen. One Free personal training session is also included with this first appointment, it must be scheduled within 30 days of the first appointment.
