5 Richard Way SW, #102, Calgary, AB, T3E 7M8
I completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary followed by a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. I take an evidence-based rehabilitation approach to support athletes and active individuals in their return to sport and activity. I also bring extensive experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, having trained athletes across a variety of sports with a particular focus on hockey. This background allows me to support individuals from early-stage rehabilitation through return to sport and performance, bridging the gap between the treatment room and the demands of their sport or activity. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy mountain biking, trail running, strength training, and playing men’s league hockey. I am excited to be part of the team at Calgary Strength and Physio and to support individuals in reaching their performance and rehabilitation goals.
