As a former athlete and someone who can always be found moving, I have experienced the benefits of chiropractic care first hand. I started my journey to help others by obtaining my Honors Bachelors of Kinesiology from Lakehead University in 2017. I then made the best decision of my life by enrolling in the Doctorate of Chiropractic program at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Throughout my time there I did extra certifications and training in Motion Palpation, Active Release Technique, Dynamic Taping, and Graston. Living in the Twin cities I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with many high-level NHL and NFL athletes. I do not only work with athletes because I believe everyone can benefit from chiropractic care. My passion is to provide evidence-based care to as many people as possible. Hobbies: Spin Instructing, running, and hanging with my dog (Australian Shepherd) Hemsworth.
