Whether his clients are avid walkers, competitive athletes, casual runners, or anywhere in-between, Blaise takes pride in providing a thorough biomechanical assessment. This form of assessment guides a treatment plan that is designed to help his clients move better, feel better, and feel more empowered as they recover from injury. To help with pain and engaging with activity, Blaise uses specific tailored exercises, a variety of manual techniques, dry needling, and education to help clients understand their body and overcome their injury.
