Greg brings a duel lens to every treatment, combining his kinesiology foundation with an osteopathic approach to assess movement patterns and uncover the anatomical, physiological, and pscyhological roots of his patients’ symptoms. Rather than treating in isolation, he views the body and person as a functional whole, integrating both disciplines to address what’s driving dysfunction, not just what’s hurting. His passion for rehabilitation is deeply personal. A lifelong athlete with roots in competitive hockey, Greg has remained active across a wide range of pursuits including: mountain biking, skiing, hiking, beach volleyball, and trail running. He understands firsthand the physical demands and risks that come with an active lifestyle such as the disc herniations that left him significantly debilitated for years. He understands not just the physical pain, but the psychosocial and emotional toll, the mental strain, and the loss of identity that so often accompanies serious injury. This injury became the catalyst for his commitment to kinesiology and osteopathy, and to helping others rediscover movement and confidence on the other side of injury. After five years of rigorous osteopathic training, Greg is graduating this year with his D.O.M.P., bringing that depth of education into every Kinesiology assessment and treatment he provides. Greg’s helps his clients move better, feel more like themselves, and helps them stop letting pain define their day-to-day. If you’re looking for a practitioner who understands injury and rehabilitation from both a personal and professional perspective, Greg is here to support you on that journey.
