Dr. Marina Merinov, ND is a compassionate and dedicated naturopathic doctor committed to helping patients reconnect with their body, mind, and overall health. She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal and takes a patient-centered approach—listening closely, uncovering the root causes of illness, and supporting patients every step of the way. Her goal is to empower individuals with the tools and knowledge they need to achieve balance, prevent disease, and reach their optimal state of physical and mental well-being. Using an integrative approach, Dr. Marina combines evidence-based medicine with traditional naturopathic therapies, alongside personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching. She creates individualized treatment plans designed to nourish the body, restore balance, and support sustainable, long-term health. Dr. Merinov earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, where her passion for naturopathic medicine first began. With a strong background in personal training and years of experience leading fitness bootcamps, she embraces the philosophy that “Exercise is Medicine” and believes that, with the right guidance, “Food is Medicine.” She sees movement and nutrition as foundational pillars of health that can profoundly influence overall well-being. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she developed a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of the body and mind, and how naturopathic modalities can support the body’s natural healing processes. Dr. Marina Merinov has a special interest in hormonal health, gut health, fertility, prenatal and postpartum care, and children's health. She is registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and is certified in therapeutic prescribing. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors
