Everyone suffers from chronic pain, injury, and stress at some point in their life. Physical, emotional, and energetic disruptions manifest in the body in many ways. Therapeutic massage is a unique and holistic way to address these issues; a balm that releases tension, restores balance, and promotes healing. With nearly two decades of experience as a licensed massage therapist, I provide intuitive, rhythmic touch that blends the traditions of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and Hawaiian lomi lomi massage. I also use cupping, hot stones, and aromatherapy to enhance your experience. With deep attention and listening, your body will guide me on a journey that will ultimately bring you more space, movement, and ease in your daily life. I received my training in western Washington where I grew my massage practice. I continue to seek out education to further my understanding of the body and to learn new modalities. I recently moved to Caldwell with my husband, two daughters, and our beloved pitbulls. We are happy to call Idaho our home.
