With a strong background in athletics and movement, Cassy brings a deep understanding of how the body performs, adapts, and heals. She provides individualized massage therapy for clients of all ages, with a keen interest on children, pre- and postnatal clients, and athletes. Cassy’s treatments combine therapeutic and relaxation techniques to relieve pain, improve mobility, and support recovery, all within a calm, supportive environment. She is passionate about helping athletes prevent injury and optimize performance, while also nurturing the comfort and well-being of families through every stage of growth and change. Outside the clinic, Cassy enjoys exploring North Shore trails with her dog, Nala, and staying active through cheer and fitness.
