After completing my BSc(Kin)(Co-op) PSY at the University of Waterloo, I had discovered my passion for Massage Therapy during my work terms in the cooperative program. From there, I attended the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Cambridge to complete my studies and then graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology. I work out of my home clinic, located in the Millgrove/Westover area. Although I do mainly enjoy treating deep tissue, and injuries, I have many clients who enjoy more of a relaxation, maintenance massage as well. I also enjoy doing pregnancy massage and have even massaged clients during their labours (both home birth and hospital). Please let me know if you have any questions!
If this is your first appointment with me, we will begin with an initial assessment (2-15mins) to review what we are addressing and your health history. The remainder of time is spent in hands on treatment.
