A licensed and registered massage therapist with the MTAA and a graduate of the Vicars School of Massage Therapy 2200hr program. Also trained and certified in Active Integrated Radial Pressure Wave Therapy (AIRPWT), RAPID NFR upper body, and K-taping. I use a variety of techniques that include but are not limited to Swedish relaxation massage, Non Swedish therapeutic massage, myofascial release, cross fiber friction, passive and active stretching as well as home care exercises to help clients reach their individual health and wellness goals.
Massage can be therapeutic/deep tissue or relaxation. The therapist will talk to you about your preferences and goals at time of appointment.
