Warren Schick, LAc., MAOM, CSCS, is a master acupuncturist, herbalist, and nutritional consultant specializing in the treatment of sports and orthopedic injuries with a focus on shoulder, hip and back pain. He graduated from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) in 2017 with a Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, with a focus in Orthopedic acupuncture. His undergraduate Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo gave him a deep background in physiology, anatomy, biochemistry, psychology and human sciences. Warren was born in Montreal Canada, and grew up with a family of engineers. His father was a mechanical engineer and his mother a superhero raising four boys. Warren has always been interested in the mechanics of human movement and athletic performance. When he graduated high school, Warren decided to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. It was there he became fascinated in holistic medicine, and through these studies he was introduced to Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. After completing undergrad, Warren worked for many years in health and fitness helping people who live with pain and dysfunction. When Warren was in college he shadowed a chiropractor and Chinese Medicine practitioner who worked with people who lived with severe pain conditions. He witnessed such profound changes and experienced just how powerful an integrative approach to health could be. It was this experience that helped Warren realize his future was in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. In Boston in 2014, while his wife was completing her Doctorate in Dentistry, he began on his path at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. He is now honored to share his experience and skills with the community of Bellingham Washington. Warren’s mission and purpose is to help bring relief to those who suffer from severe pain conditions, chronic migraines, and sports and orthopedic injuries. He understands the human body has an innate ability to heal and self regulate, and his goal is to help every single person he works with to reconnect with that inner healing wisdom to not only live a life with less (or no) pain, but a life of meaning and joy. Warren loves the outdoors and all of the activities that make Bellingham special. He enjoys exploring the mountains, ocean and trails with his wife, and reading about the latest developments in orthopedics and pain management (yes, he’s a bit of a nerd in that respect).
This Initial acupuncture appointment is for those who are In-Network with one of this clinics approved insurance carriers. Pricing varies based on individual treatment billing. An insurance copay or coinsurance is typically required at time of service.
