I know first-hand how physical activity and movement can improve and enhance your quality of life. I truly believe that every individual is unique and requires a personalized plan of care tailored to their needs. I am especially keen on empowering others to learn about their bodies and to find ways to manage their pain, mobility, and fitness. I like to use a combination of manual therapy, education, functional exercises, and coaching to help you achieve your specific goals. Whether it’s a specific injury, long-term nagging pain, or something in between, I look forward to working with you to get you back to doing the things you love! When not at the clinic you can find me doing something active, like playing ultimate frisbee, golfing, skiing, running, or venturing to the woods camping in Algonquin. Special interests: runners, post-surgical patients, weekend warriors.
