Grace is thrilled to join the Clinic YYC team, bringing her passion for human performance and evidence-based care to the Calgary community. Originally from White Rock, British Columbia, Grace grew up surrounded by the ocean and mountains, where an active lifestyle was part of everyday life. This environment sparked her early appreciation for movement and the body’s incredible potential. She has always been driven to help others optimize their health and performance through physical activity and balanced, sustainable living. Grace earned her undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia’s Okanagan campus. She then completed a second bachelor’s degree in Human Biology, followed by her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, graduating magna cum laude. She is dedicated to working collaboratively with her patients and delivering high-quality, individualized care. Grace integrates chiropractic techniques, soft tissue therapy, exercise prescription, and therapeutic modalities to provide comprehensive, up-to-date, evidence-informed treatment. Outside the clinic, Grace enjoys staying active through strength training, yoga, and Pilates.
