Josh is an Australian born and trained Osteopath that graduated in December 2023 from RMIT with a Bachelor of Health Science/Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). His passion for osteopathy stems from an interest in physical activity, exercise and sport, as well as the impact that injury can have on an individuals’ wellbeing and ability to function. Josh is skilled in wide range of patients and problems. From sports injuries to chronic pain, his holistic approach helps restore movement, reduce discomfort, and support overall wellbeing for individuals of all ages. He enjoys getting to know and building a trusting practitioner-patient relationship with all of his patients and constructing a reliable management plan that can involve manual treatment and at home management options such as exercises, stretches and changes to lifestyle factors.

Initial Osteopathy Treatment (40 min)

This appointment is your first treatment with our Osteopathic Practitioner. Osteopathic Practitioners treat a wide variety of health problems throughout the whole body including the musculoskeletal, vascular, nervous and visceral system. They do not just treat the symptoms or areas of complaint, they treat the individual as a whole functional unit.
