Completed Academy Canada’s Massage Therapy Program in 2019, earning a diploma in Health and Human Sciences. I am devoted and very passionate in this profession making every treatment safe and efficient for my clients to help them achieve exceptional levels of relaxation and relief. My goal thrives to create a comforting yet safe environment where my clients can feel release of muscle tension and a decrease in pain while remaining in control of their own treatment. In my practice I use a variety of techniques to help clients achieve their goals including general Swedish massage, deep tissue work, trigger point release, myofascial release, and joint mobilizations. I’ve gotten my certification in Cupping since May 2019 and Graston Technique Therapy since September 2020. Also in good standing with both the CMTNL and NLMTA.
