Hello! My name is Laura F. Talley LMT#2492, I graduated at Blue Cliff in Mobile,Al 2005. I have been practicing Massage Therapy in Baldwin County since 2006. I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. Extensive knowledge in Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone massage, soma cupping, assisted isometric stretching. Specialty: Headaches/ Migraine relief. I have worked with children as young as 5yrs old with medical & sports issues. I have worked extensively with seniors for many years.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
