Erica Fisher is a Registered Acupuncturist with a strong foundation in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern biomedical science. She graduated with distinction from Trios College in 2025 and brings additional academic training in biology and business from the University of Ottawa. Her approach integrates the time-tested principles of TCM with contemporary research and evidence-based practice. Erica works with a wide range of concerns, including pain conditions, digestive health, nervous system regulation, immune support, sleep disturbances, headaches, and women’s health, including hormonal balance and fertility. Erica is particularly interested in bridging traditional acupuncture with modern techniques such as electroacupuncture to enhance treatment outcomes. She is currently advancing her training through the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University, a physician-led program emphasizing neurofunctional and evidence-based acupuncture. In addition to traditional needling techniques, Erica incorporates innovative approaches such as sound and frequency-based therapies to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. These options can be especially beneficial for individuals who are needle-sensitive, including children or those new to acupuncture. Her treatments are personalized, results-oriented, and designed to support both symptom relief and long-term physiological balance.
