Erika is a licensed massage therapist and graduate of Irenes Myomassology Institute. She also holds a 200 hour yoga teacher training certification from Great Lakes Yoga and is a certified Reiki practitioner. Erika chose to become a Massage Therapist after learning its benefit on the body and mind, as well as wanting to fulfill her goal of helping others heal mentally, physically and emotionally. She has a full spectrum of amazing modalities she performs that utilize stretching, hot stone massage, cupping, Thai massage, CranioSacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue and reflexology. Erika has a depth and passion for healing and always strives to best serve her clients needs. In her time away from helping others, she loves to paint and anything else having to do with art and creativity, fitness and spending time out in nature.
*Includes Hot Towels and Aromatherapy for 60 minutes and longer*Deep tissue massage uses more advanced techniques such as Neuromuscular therapy and Myofascial release to relieve severe tension and dysfunction in both muscles and connective tissue. It is also a good option for those who prefer deep pressure throughout the session.
