Aloha, my name is Carissa. In addition to massage, I am an Occupational therapist Assistant by trade (since 2012), certified yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor. I have experience as a Birth Doula, and a bodybuilding and nutritional coach. I was raised in California, have 3 children, and have lived on Oahu since 2016. I enjoy everything about this island, ie surfing, hiking, beaching, and above all the true meaning of Aloha. Im looking forward to meeting more of you and sharing the gift of massage and relaxation.
