I have been a massage therapist since 2022 after graduating from Irene's Myomassology Institute. Prior to that, I was providing care for 18 years as a RN and Certified Nurse Midwife (and performing A LOT of labor massage as well!) I was drawn toward a career in massage after years in healthcare showed me the deep connection between mind and body, wanting to help people heal suffering through compassionate bodywork. Massage
This session involves techniques such as trigger point release, myofascial therapy, stretching, and neuromuscular techniques to go deeper into specific muscles and structures.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a light touch manual therapy using different rhythmic, slow, and gentle hand movements. MLD improves the function of the lymphatic system, supports immune function, reduces swelling, aids recovery after surgery or injury, reduces inflammation, decreases pain, and promotes relaxation and wellbeing.
