Why I Treat From the time I was a child, I felt the power of healing touch. My aunt, a reflexologist, could ease pain and calm the body with her hands, often lulling me to sleep with gentle work on my feet. That early experience shaped not just my body, but my understanding of how powerful human connection and care can be. For over 35 years, I’ve dedicated myself to creating that same sense of comfort, relief, and trust for others. Helping people feel better isn’t just my job, it’s the deepest enrichment in my life. How I Treat Every treatment is built on careful listening, not just to what clients say, but what their tissues and body patterns communicate. I begin with gentle, guided questions that consider the whole person: their physical needs, lifestyle, emotional stressors, and long-term goals. I know these can change over time, and I adapt my approach accordingly. My work draws especially from Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Neuromuscular Therapy, always applied intuitively and refined by years of experience. I also draw on my own journey managing headaches and stress, which deepened my understanding of how therapeutic touch can calm the nervous system. My treatments are shaped not only by training, but by decades of evolving practice and empathy for each client’s unique story. A Bit About Me When I’m not working, you’ll often find me outdoors, walking my dog, kayaking, camping, or biking. My friends and family often tease me about my extreme sweet tooth.
