Lucy is a Registered Massage Therapist who combines a movement-based, deep tissue approach with holistic and evidence-informed care. Her treatments focus on relieving pain, restoring function, and empowering clients through education. She ensures each session includes personalized homecare to support long-term rehabilitation and injury prevention. Having experienced injuries herself, Lucy understands the frustration and challenges that come with pain and recovery. This personal experience inspired her to become an RMT—to help others navigate their healing journey with compassion, knowledge, and effective care. Outside the clinic, Lucy enjoys powerlifting, baking, working as a lash artist, and spending time with her two beloved cats. She is also fluent in Cantonese, offering care in both English and Cantonese to better serve a diverse range of clients.
