Justin Sidhu graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology. After spending a year working as a kinesiologist, Justin realized he wanted a more hands-on approach to helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals. This led him to pursue further education at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, where he graduated in December 2023. During his time at West Coast College, Justin gained extensive experience treating a variety of physiological conditions and sports injuries across a diverse patient population. His areas of expertise include trigger point release, joint mobilization, myofascial release, active neuromuscular facilitation, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and petrissage. These skills enable him to effectively address a wide range of conditions, helping to restore strength and mobility while reducing muscle tension and promoting overall well-being. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time on his farm, weightlifting, going for walks, and exploring new restaurants. He has also recently developed a passion for golf. Justin is dedicated to enhancing the lives of his patients through massage therapy by creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs. He is an excellent choice for anyone looking to restore their overall well-being and improve their day-to-day life.
