I am continuing my studies and advancement in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, MLT/CLT. I specialize in evidence-based techniques designed and tailored to support your body’s healing processes. My practice integrates modalities such as Neuromuscular therapies, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation PNF, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, orthopedic massage to address chronic pain, injury recover pre and post surgical preparation and recovery, postural imbalance and soft tissue dysfunction and functional rehabilitation. I utilize manual lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, Gua Sha, cupping, intra oral massage, oncology massage, prenatal massage, Swedish deep relaxation meditation massage to relive stress. I work closely with clients recovering from surgeries, auto injuries, repetitive strain in musculoskeletal conditions and I have been working with people post breast cancer since 2015 My treatment plan for each person is customized to meet your unique medical, emotional physical needs and goals and to provide a safe welcoming space to restore balance, relieve stress and anxiety, to improve your overall quality of life.

About Manual lymphatic Drainage: It is a treatment that helps promote the movement of lymphatic fluid. It should not be confused with traditional massage. MLD is specifically focused on the lymph vessels to help the flow of lymphatic fluid which helps move toxicities out of congested areas of the body..MLD increases the immune sustem and extremely effective pre and post operatively to promote more efficient healing.
