A Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner in BC, as well as a practicing Evolutionary Astrologer and yoga teacher for over 24 years, Lila is dedicated to the well-being of her clients on every level. She loves weaving together the esoteric with the modern to facilitate experiences of alchemy that create conscious embodied living. Lila's practice focuses on connecting with a person's true nature while tuning into the innate wisdom of the body, mind, and spirit. Through alchemical practices that utilize observation skills, refined needling techniques, gua sha, cupping, moxibustion, tui na, & herbal elixirs, a person is invited to live their optimal potential in the world in a deeply embodied way. By looking to the wisdom of Classical texts & the medicine therein, namely the Shang Han Lun & & Jin Gui Yao Lue, patients are able to receive physiologically-oriented care that works to shift the root of any patterns of imbalance, promoting healing that is effective and long-lasting.
The session includes Theta Healing plus a combination of a few of the following modalities:: cupping, acupuncture, gua sha (scraping), tui na (Chinese massage), moxibustion (warming), and/or acutonics (tuning forks), as well as establishing nourishing life practices and any Chinese herbal medicine sought.
