Peter is a Registered Physiotherapist who completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. Prior to completing his physiotherapy studies, he graduated with Honours from York University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Peter is currently licensed and registered in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is also a member of the Canadian and Ontario Physiotherapy Association. Peter employs a holistic and evidenced-based approach to treatment to empower all his patients to achieve their health and functional goals. He utilizes a combination of “hands-on” manual therapy techniques, patient education, exercise prescription, posture correction, and therapeutic modalities in his practice to get his patients moving and feeling better. His extensive clinical experience in both hospital and clinic settings enables him to treat a diverse group of patients of varying age groups with various musculoskeletal conditions. Furthermore, he enjoys staying up-to-date with the most current literature in physiotherapy and has taken the following courses: Sigvaris Certified Fitter course on compression stockings, Mulligan Lower Quadrant, Advanced Physical Therapy Education Institute’s shoulder complex course part 1. He plans to take additional post graduate courses in the field of orthopaedics by completing his manual therapy levels with the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
