With more than 20 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Erica knows a thing or two about movement, recovery and preventative care. Her passion for health and wellness started at an early age as she was always involved in sports and recreation growing up and had her first gym membership at the early age of 13. She is personally committed to living a healthy lifestyle and believes movement truly is medicine. As an experienced practitioner, Erica strongly believes a successful treatment / treatment plan is achieved through the collaboration with her clients to ensure they are both on the same page whether that be decrease pain, improve mobility or to simply relax after a stressful day. These goals can be achieved with the use of superficial to deep manual therapy, cupping, fascial work, corrective exercise, kinesio taping and client education on body mechanics and home care.
