Ashlyn Christos is an honours graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Georgian College. Ashlyn spent many years training and competing as a provincial level gymnast both at the club level and as a member of Team Ontario. The skills required for her to excel in gymnastics fostered her appreciation of muscle movement and healthy range of motion. As an athlete and a coach she understands the impact soft tissue injuries can have on daily functioning. Ashlyn’s focus is to provide client centered massage therapy treatment to people of all ages that will promote proper healing, and improve movement patterns for activities of daily living.
