slow + intuitive + deep Talia (she/her) is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with Honours from ICT Kikkawa College. She is a former competitive dancer, theatre performer and puppeteer. It was in theatre school that her curiosity of human anatomy and the importance of breath and body connection piqued. She then learned to utilize her knowledge in physical training, movement analysis and anatomy to deliver a personal and unique approach in her treatments. Pairing science-based knowledge with intuitive touch, she hopes to leave you feeling both restored and relaxed. She offers a dynamic range of treatments varying from Deep Tissue Massage, to Myofascial Release work, as well as Nervous System down regulation. Talia is focused on empowering and educating you as a client, both during and after treatments. On her days off, you’d find her cycling or sauntering around with her film camera, water-colour painting, reading under a tree, or portaging through Algonquin somewhere.
