Catharine has over 30 years of combined experience in nursing and as a Registered Massage Therapist, Catharine bases her treatment on current research in the field of lymphedema and best practices for the treatment of lymphedema. She provides her clients education so that they can become self-sufficient in a timely manner. Catharine has always upgraded her knowledge through courses, workshops and seminars and now offers Nutrition counselling as a registered holistic nutritional professional after receiving her diploma from CSNN.

If this is your first visit part of this 60 minute will include going over your intake form as well as any assessment deemed needed by your therapist.
Lymphatic Drainage
This appointment includes body composition analysis, hands on assessment, intake questions, education, functional assessment and treatment planning if appropriate. It is not meant to diagnose lipedema and is not covered by benefits under registered massage therapy or by OHIP. If you have an implanted medical device or are pregnant, the body composition test is not appropriate. Please book a 75 minute initial consultation instead.
