I have completed my certificate in medical acupuncture from the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute, CGunn Intramuscular Stimulation (CGunnIMS), Peripheral Manipulation, Spinal Manipulation, and Advanced Clinical Reasoning. I have also advanced my knowledge regarding vestibular rehabilitation and the treatment of Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). I have been involved in hockey for over 25 years as a player first, which transitioned into a trainer, dealing with both on and off ice preparation and recovery. I have had the opportunity to work with both amateur and professional athletes, including CFL and NHL players. Currently, I enjoy playing hockey, working out, challenging myself, and especially spending time with my wife and my 2 kids.

Physiotherapy Assessment

Whether you are a new patient to the clinic or a previous patient who hasn't seen a physiotherapist in over 4 months, you should complete a physiotherapy assessment. During this time, the physiotherapist/ intern will take a history of your current complaints, conduct a thorough physical exam, give you a diagnosis, and then discuss a treatment plan. You will also receive your first treatment at this appointment. All subsequent appointments should be booked as a 30 minute follow up physiotherapy treatment. This treatment is eligible for reimbursement to your extended health benefits, direct billing may apply.
