Jayson completed his Master’s of Physiotherapy at McMaster University in 2020, following an Honours Bachelor of Science from the same institution in 2017. Prior to becoming a physiotherapist, he worked as a personal trainer, helping clients achieve their fitness goals. A lifelong athlete himself, he was inspired to pursue physiotherapy after a meaningful experience with a therapist during his youth—an encounter that now fuels his passion for helping others regain the joy of movement. Jayson takes a holistic and personalized approach to care, integrating patient education, manual therapy, and corrective exercise into each treatment plan. He is also certified in dry needling, which he uses as an adjunct therapy to support pain relief, improve mobility, and restore strength. His clinical experience spans a diverse population, including children, elite athletes, and older adults. His primary goal is to help his patients return to the activities they love—whether that’s competitive sport or everyday functional tasks. He believes in not only achieving results but also creating a positive and uplifting atmosphere during the recovery process. Outside of the clinic, Jayson enjoy weightlifting, playing volleyball, and exploring the city’s food scene.
