I did things a little backwards in life. I always think this is the way it was suppose to turn out. I found myself at 36 thinking something was missing in life and decided to start my career as a licensed massage therapist. I learned so much about life and about me and although I had to sacrifice time with my two boys I don't regret it once. Massage has been falsely labeled as a luxury and its totally not. It is part of a well deserved piece of the self-care puzzle. I aim to reach communities who often neglect personal self-care. I offer weekend appointments in a effort to make massage more attainable. Massage is a part of my self-care routine. I encourage everyone to breath, relax, and heal!
