After a difficult time in life, I was faced with a decision. Should I continue to work unfulfilling jobs in large corporations or do I dare take a risk to take control of my life and devote it to helping others. I decided to choose the latter path and I found my passion. I bring a diverse and multidisciplinary approach to my bodywork, combining techniques and elements from various modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial manipulation, trigger point therapy, and maybe most important of all therapeutic stretching, I provide effective customized treatments that integrate stretching, movement, focused pressure, breath-work, and sensory control to release muscular tension and mental stress. With an emphasis on mindful body awareness and grounding, my goal is to create long term positive changes in the body. I believe there is a common disconnect we all face in today's world between one another and many times within ourselves. I seeks to correct this by building strong bonds with those I works with. Through the healing power of physical touch, a calming positive temperament, and open communication I endeavor to assist you to ascend to your best possible self... Ascension!
