About Nikaiya: Hi, I’m Nikaiya! (They/She) I completed my Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College in April 2022. Reflecting on how my practice has developed since then, one word that really stands out to me is collaboration! I love working collaboratively with my patients to help them achieve their goals and find relief. My approach is based on co-creation, consent, and building a supportive, empowering environment where you can feel comfortable exploring what your body is capable of. Each session is tailored to meet your specific goals through a thoughtful assessment. In treatment, I use a diverse range of techniques, including myofascial release, active and passive stretching, trigger point release, breath work, joint mobilizations, and Swedish massage, to help you feel resourced and supported, no matter what you’re coming in with. Whether you are looking to relax, improve mobility, recover from an injury, or manage chronic pain, I’m here to help guide you on your journey!
