Tanisha graduated from VCMT (Vancouver College of Massage Therapy). She is passionate about helping people and believes that everyone can benefit from massage therapy. Tanisha’s full body approach includes some of the following techniques: myofascial release, trigger point release, stretching, joint mobilization and hydrotherapy. Her goal is to treat the body as a whole to aid in maintaining balance. When not at work some of her hobbies include various types of exercise routines including HIIT, Strength training, mobility and yoga. She enjoys spending time outdoors, music, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She is so grateful to be part of the Soma team!
