With 18 years of clinical experience, Sabrina brings a depth of perspective that only comes from years of hands-on practice and working with a wide range of conditions. Over time, she has seen that effective, lasting recovery is rarely one-size-fits-all and that the best outcomes come from using the right combination of strategies for each individual. Guided by her extensive training in physiotherapy and kinesiology, Sabrina’s approach integrates movement, manual therapy, education, and exercise to address joint and tissue restrictions, restore mobility, and rebuild strength. Movement is central to her philosophy, not as a generic prescription, but as a targeted tool used alongside skilled hands-on care to support meaningful, functional change. Sabrina holds a Master of Science in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University and is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Her clinical approach is further shaped by advanced training in manual therapy (Levels 1 and 2), Mulligan mobilization techniques, Kinesio Taping. Throughout her career, Sabrina has worked extensively with sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and work- and motor vehicle-related injuries, allowing her to confidently manage both acute and complex presentations with a clear focus on functional, long-term results.
