Please choose this option if we are working together for the first time. Acupuncture is the practice of placing very fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body to regulate the flow of energy, or Qi, in the body. Acupuncture points are connected through channel pathways that connect every part of the body along nerve pathways. It can help treat a variety of conditions including: pain relief, organ health, digestive issues, tongue ties, TMJ, menstrual irregularities, fertility, cardiac and respiratory issues, sleep disorders, depression, anxiety, and the impact of stress on the body and mind. Acupuncture treatments can also include Cupping and Gua Sha (scraping) and food recommendations.
