Sue Kim, RMT, completed her studies in Chemistry in Korea before continuing her healthcare education in Canada through Medical Office Assistant (MOA), Health Foundation, and Pre-Nursing programs. She later graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College and began her career as an RMT. In addition to her clinical training, Sue has experience in cosmetic formulation, skincare education, and K-beauty related fields in both Korea and Canada. Her background in medical skincare and facial massage has helped shape her detail-oriented and patient-centered approach to treatment, with a strong understanding of soft tissue care, recovery, and overall wellness. Sue focuses on treating neck, shoulder, and lower back tension related to prolonged sitting, repetitive movements, stress, poor posture, and muscular overuse. She commonly works with office workers, students, musicians, healthcare professionals, caregivers, athletes, and individuals with physically demanding lifestyles. She believes in carefully assessing each patient’s condition and movement patterns in order to provide individualized and effective treatment plans. Her treatment approach may include Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Therapy, while prioritizing treatments that are both effective and comfortable based on each patient’s goals and tolerance. Sue also has clinical and volunteer experience working in sports event and university athletic settings, which has further strengthened her adaptability and hands-on experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and activity levels. Passionate about continuing education and professional growth, Sue continuously works to expand her clinical knowledge and refine her treatment skills in order to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care that supports long-term health and recovery.
