After finishing his undergraduate studies at Western University in 2019, Bennett went to Edinburgh, Scotland, to pursue his MSc in Physiotherapy and has returned back to Canada to settle in New Brunswick. Bennett is originally from Ottawa and spent many years there working in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and class instructor. Bennett prides himself on bringing the lessons learned in these roles into his Physiotherapy practice. Helping people move with more confidence and less pain through technical and physical adjustments, along with an emphasis on education is what he strives to provide each patient. Outside of work Bennett enjoys spending time with girlfriend and their chihuahua, Chica, who they rescued during a brief stint in Mexico. You can often find them on a hike or walk together in Saint John when they aren’t at yoga or relaxing with a good book (and often) good food.
